Their documents are user friendly and easy to read and they have a tech-support team who are always available to assist clients/builders with any site related issues. Their service is predominantly a remote service, using the supplied architectural drawings and measurements to undertake the structural design work. Virtual site visits (video calls) are offered free of charge with each project and physical site visits (if needed) can be arranged in some geographical locations.
