What makes extension plans a great place to work?

You will be hands-on with your own projects, from the initial survey, discussing the designs with Clients, to producing the planning and building regulation drawings. You will run your own
projects, Start to finish. We average around 50-60 projects a month, which provides a wide range of houses, proposed projects, cliental, and areas in the UK for you to work on. This gives you
a huge amount of experience with every residential project out there and mixes up the day-to-day.

Whilst working within our team, you will be given a chance to learn from our more experienced team members, learning to become experts in:

2. Build Over agreement drawings
3. Planning permission drawings and application submissions
4. Building regulation drawings and applications
5. Scope of works documents
6. Permitted development and Prior approval guidelines
7. The Full architectural process from initial designs to Building
